Speed is the ability to achieve high velocity. It comes from explosive
force applied to a specific task but it is often incorrectly perceived
as independent from strength. Agility is the ability to explosively
break, change direction, and accelerate again. This is often more
important and more highly looked for than just the ability to maintain a
high velocity. With our training program you will also enhance your
speed-endurance which is the metabolic conditioning needed to support
these qualities or to achieve maximum acceleration or speed during
repetitive sprints. The key to becoming a great athlete is the ability
to maximize your speed and agility and be able to repeat it with 100%
effort every time you step onto the playing surface.


Through this course you will perform specific exercises to your sports
that are proven to improve your overall speed and agility. We will show
you the proper technique for running to help maximize your greatest
potential. The dynamic balance, coordination, and explosiveness used in
our speed and agility program will without a doubt enhance and improve
your ability to do work on each particular playing surface and help you
become the athlete you choose to be.
